My research interest extends to the interplay of soil, microbes, plants, animals, humans and the environment for a health, sustainable, climate-resilient and regenerative agriculture and food system. In my Research Fellow in Sustainable Agriculture at the Faculty of Environment I am addressing a cornerstone of my interest by investigating the impact of agricultural management practices on soil organic carbon and carbon sequestration potential in the UK and EU.
