Tim will be talking to Professor Barbara Evans, Chair of Public Health Engineering at the University of Leeds about his career, his experiences in development administration and giving his views on the challenges and realities of international engagement in 2018.

We are looking forward to a frank exchange of views. Tim has kindly agreed to take any questions or discussion from the floor. To encourage a rich and diverse discussion the event will be held under Chatham House Rules with no external communications, tweeting or live streaming.
